Availability

Consulting available during normal work hours M - F 8:30 am to 4 pm except for weekends, holidays, and planned downtime.

There are no charges for this service.

Features

  • Create initial sites.
  • Create custom forms.
  • Pull dynamic content into user’s websites from external locations.
  • Manage user permissions.
  • Create new layouts as approved by Web Projects Team.
  • Create URL redirects as approved by the Web Projects Team.

Service Targets

  • Initial sites will be created within 2 weeks of the request from Marketing.
  • 90% of custom form, dynamic content, new layouts, and URL redirects will be completed within 3 weeks from the date of their approval.
  • 95% of all user permission issues will be completed within 1 week of request.
